Another Success Story

This is a success story of a sixteen year old teenage student who just won first price in the "Pilipinas Got Talent", a talent competition in my country. His name is Jovit Baldivino. Being a Filipina, I'm happy to share you his success that made his way to stardom. Here he is:

What made me share his story is his humble beginnings. He is a struggling working student trying to pursue his studies and at the same time to support the family's needs in behalf of his father's responsibility who does not have a job due to an illness. Everyday, after he goes back from school, instead of going home, he get some food stuff from the supplier to sell it back at retail price. He had been doing this until ...
an opportunity opened up for him when there was an opening for talent audition. He has a good voice and passed the audition. Last night, he won first price with the amount of PhP2,000,000.00 cash price.

My purpose in sharing his story is to be an example for all the students who can do the same if you have talent. He is an example of a good student, a good child to his parents and a proof that for as long as you have talent, you can achieve success. His determination, patience and perseverance paved the way for his success.

All of the students out there, help yourself. If you still have parents to support you, don't fully depend on them. Discover your own talent and make your parents happy by showing them that you can achieve success thru your talent. If you have talent in singing or dancing don't be shy, show it. If your talent is in your academic subjects, apply for scholarship programs. In that way you will be more inspired if you achieve success.
