We Love Our Kids...No Doubt. But Is It Really the "Love" That Our Kids Need?

My topic now is all about "love" for a child. LOVE is all what our child needs. But how do we show them? Giving the love that our child needs by buying them the material things that they want, like toys, beautiful clothes or whatever in the form of material things is not enough. Of course the joy that they feel in giving them these things is the same joy that we feel because we see them happy. But that joy will not last if our children will not feel the "real" love and affection from us.

We see countless children in this world whose lives are ruined because of bad influences surrounding them. To name a few...drugs, bad company and family problems. To put a blame to a parent ...

To Finish A College Degree, One Should Have Determination, Patience and Perseverance.

Do you really want to go to college and have a college degree? Are you in a situation now that it's impossible because of financial means? If so, don't be discouraged. There are a lot of ways to achieve your goal. Let me tell you just one success story of a student in my own province in the Philippines as an example.

He knew that his parents cannot send him to college so he studied hard when he was in high school for him to be qualified to participate in a government scholarship programme. How Do You Discipline Your Child?

As a parent, each one of us have our own way to discipline our child. What I'm going to share here is how my father disciplined me when I was in my growing years. My mother passed away when I was only 8 years old. She had suffered from sickness when I was 5 and it took her 3 years to suffer until she died when I was 8. Since my mother got sickness, she was not able to take care of me and it was my father who taught me and disciplined me during my younger years.

He is and was not (he already passed away) a perfect father...nobody is, but I can proudly say that how he taught and disciplined me is the same way I'm doing to my daughter now. He teached me first the most important...to LOVE and RESPECT GOD. During those years when I get angry, I feel like ...

Are You A Teacher Or A Student?

A teacher teaches a student and a student listens to what the teacher teach. But is that all?

Being a teacher is not an easy job. When a teacher is inside the classroom, he/she has a "big" responsibilty. Responsibility for teaching his/her students academic subjects, teaching good manners and right conduct and all things that children "must" learn from school. It's also not very easy to handle students especially for nursery, primary and highschool students. For nursery teachers, their difficulty ...

Are You Happy With Your Job?

Each one of us have our own feelings over our job. Are we really happy doing the "daily routine" job that we are being paid for? Do we really do our job efficiently? What is our feeling with our "Boss?"  Is our Boss a "GOOD BOSS?" On the other hand...are we a good employee? How do we handle our job? There's just a lot of questions which since each one of us have our own experience, we all have different answers.
