To make yourself a positive thinker, is it really easy? When you are already in a very difficult situation and it seems that no way out can be done being confused on how to solve the situation, do you still have time to think positive? You might talk to yourself and say..."everything is gonna be alright" but you know yourself that it's not really alright and the next thing that you feel is pressure, tense and fear which makes you more in distress. Maybe you will start to blame yourself, hate yourself, blame anybody that might have caused you in this difficult situation and maybe you even think that being a positive thinker is not just enough to solve any problem or any situation.
There are lots and lots of books and information from the Internet or from the library or anywhere that can help everyone of us to know everything about life. Lots of medical practitioners especially in psychology who studied the function of the brain and effortlessly share their knowledge for the purpose of helping to know who we are and what to do to make our life better and yet there are still a lot of people who suffers...why? Lots and lots of "quotes" from the great philosophers and early wise men in history. Some "quotes" from religious books that our hope and faith in God, will help us in our lives. A big question mark is...why are there still a lot of sufferings in this world?
