Teachers in this level should have a broad patience and loving to kids, otherwise either the teacher will cry or the kid will cry and will not stop until the kids' parents will come to pick them up. For primary students, the teachers' difficulty here is the naughtiness of the kids. They are at the age that while the teacher is discussing something they just don't care and they just play around. For high school students, it's a different story. High School students are teenagers and in their adolescence period. They are starting to have crush at opposite sex and sometimes the result is, they can't concentrate on whatever the teacher teaches them.

These are all the difficulties of teachers which students and sometimes parents can't understand. I'm saying this because there are some students who just don't give respect to their teachers. Inside the classroom, some of the students are doing things that, though how a teacher try to control his/her emotions not to get angry, they just couldn't take it anymore. If the teacher get's angry and maybe out of anger, he/she might say something to his/her students, the student will report to his/her parents. There are good and understanding parents who does not tolerate their children if they know that they are wrong but there are also parents who tolerate their children even it is their childrens' mistake.

Tolerating our kids if they are wrong can ruin our children's future. If we show our children our tolerance for their mistakes, then they will make more and more mistakes that will start to ruin their lives. Teachers are helping us for our children to have a good education. We, as parents have to help teachers by teaching our children to GIVE RESPECT to their teachers. There are however GOOD STUDENTS who are disciplined and respectful to their parents and teachers. These kind of students are good examples to others.
